MSC for Me is a revolutionary app that changes the way passengers experience their holidays on board MSC Cruises. With a wide range of features and options that include everything from activity planning to experience personalisation, the app has become an essential companion for anyone looking for a comfortable and carefree holiday. The MSC for Me app was designed for guests on MSC Cruises ships and is available on all smart ships* in the MSC Cruises fleet. Using digital technology, your time on board will be in your hands with the app, saving you time and making it easier to connect with family and friends. The app is free and available on mobile devices, interactive whiteboards found on ships, and on smart TVs in staterooms.

MSC Cruises launched the MSC for Me app in 2017 as part of its wider digital transformation strategy. The aim was to increase passenger comfort and improve the quality of service on board through advanced technology. The development of the app was part of a project in which MSC Cruises invested more than €20 million to adapt its fleet to modern technology standards and prepare for the expectations of digitally-focused customers. The reduction of printed documents is also a major advantage.

The app is also linked to other onboard features, including the MSC for Me wristband - a waterproof wristband available on some boats for Yacht Club clients. It can be used to unlock your cabin, make purchases and book services without the need for a magnetic boat card. The app is also associated with the first robotic bartender at sea on board the MSC Virtuosa in the MSC Starship Club bar, as well as the virtual ship assistant ZOE, which can be controlled by voice or used as a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. ZOE communicates in several languages, enhancing the comfort of passengers from different parts of the world (available on MSC Bellissima, MSC Grandiosa and MSC Virtuosa.

To use the app, you must log in using your booking reference and name. Before your cruise, you can watch the countdown to the start of your holiday, check out the bars and restaurants on board, and see the excursions on offer at the destinations. To take full advantage of all the features, an Internet connection is required, which is provided on board via the ship's Wi-Fi network.
