Even though this was our second cruise, I'm still impressed... the most amazing experiences... visiting several countries and wonderful places in one week... the delegate is not only your travel guide, but she becomes your friend already on the first day...the ship is like a huge floating city where you have your room, your favourite bar, an evening theatre, in short everything you need for a wonderful few days...and watch out...this "city" travels with you.... no packing, cleaning, cooking...in short "a completely different holiday... Thank you Riviera for dreams come true!!!

A cruise with CK Riviera is always amazing, perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. Until I didn't know Riviera, I have cruised with other cruise lines, but the quality of service cannot be compared with Riviera, which has great staff from sales to the delegate on the cruise... I have seen this on four cruises with Riviera so far and I have already bought two more... A big thank you on a recent cruise through the Baltic Sea to our delegate Katerina Kostkova, who was always helpful to all cruise participants with a smile, maximum helpfulness and nothing was a problem for her...

Our first cruise, a complete sensation. Thanks to our delegate Katerina Kostkova, the stay, the check-in, everything was sensational. Even the people who went with us were very nice. My only criticism is about the offer to buy photos from local professional photographers, I would take the offer of some package, the prices are quite high even though Katka talked us out of a discount. 😘 Thank you for her.

Everything was again perfectly organized - from departure to return. The delegates were great, friendly and most importantly very helpful. Whenever we needed something, they were willing to advise or help. I also appreciated the overall communication with the tour company when we bought the tour, when we were still adding participant cruises, excursions etc. after a month from purchase and before departure - quick answers, clear information and willingness to deal promptly with any query. Plavba na Island byla úžasná. Velké poděkování patří delegátce Markétě, která byla vždy milá, usměvavá a ochotná s čímkoliv poradit. S Markétkou jsme cestovali již potřetí a cesta s ní je vždy příjemná. Skotsko i Island jsou krásné země, stojí za to je navštívit a pak se radovat z krásných lesů, luk a rybníků, které máme v Čechách. Plavbu určitě všem doporučuji a to včetně výletů v jednotlivých destinacích. Vodopády a gejzíry na Islandu jsou nádherné. V pohodě jsme si užili i dny na moři s relaxací ve vířivkách a báječným jídlem v restauracích i bufetu. Určitě se s Rivierou opět někam vydáme.

We sailed for the eighth time, this time to Iceland via Orkney and the cruise as a whole was amazing. The only thing that surpassed it was the absolutely professional performance of our delegate Marketa Jurackova. Most of all, we appreciated her patience and perseverance with our requests (meant for the whole group as well) and all other activities, at which she remained smiling the whole time. Willing to help or advise at any time, while keeping us informed of all the happenings. Her knowledge and preparation for explanations on trips or transfers was second to none. Again, very pleasant travelling to and from the port with all the staff on board the Riviera bus... drivers as always totally at ease. Thank you

Our second cruise and a "different" holiday....I thought that nothing could beat the first cruise, but again thanks to your excellent and unbeatable service, from booking the cruise, perfect communication, sending detailed instructions, safe transportation to and from the port, varied by excursions and last but not least thanks to our/Vashi Pippa, we had a fantastic holiday. All MSC ships🚢are a great beauty,once you board you will be delighted srdíčko❤️jásá. So take your boat🚢with us and sail and sail the whole planned route with us always. She is a very positive person, kind , caring, if any problem solved immediately with a smile. Also great job in training Vaneska Kulishkova. We were on a cruise for the third time.As for CK Riviera really above-standard service before the cruise great communication,absolutely no problems during the cruise snacks,vaccinations etc.This is not available in any other CK.We have met quite a lot of CK.We have to confirm Mr.Hajek's review of the cruise company MSC,the service at least on Seaside is much worse than on Virtuoza and Poesia,of course we can not throw all the staff into one bag.The elevators on the ship are horrible,inadequate and there is always a long wait.The Seaside is very complicated to navigate and we struggled with it for 8 days.Otherwise a wonderful ship with lots of bars,restaurants and leisure activities (aqapark great,spotr bar great),yep and the panoramic elevator is a unique experience. Delegate Petka Kubackova has 1 ** from us,it was our second time with her and we were looking forward to it before the cruise,great delegate,she takes care of the clients like her children. We regretted that we spent so little time in Carthage,in Antony's Baths to spend 15 min for sightseeing and taking photos is really not enough,we could have stopped at the Roman theatre and we should have spent more time in SidiBouSide.Overall we rate 80%

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Everything was perfect from the very beginning to the trip back home. A big thank you to our delegate Petra Kubackova for the perfect approach and organization of our cruise to the Norwegian Fjords. We were really very satisfied with your travel agency in all aspects and we would like to thank you again. However, with MSM it is a bit worse, the service is definitely not up to 5☆. I can compare with a previous cruise on the Poesia 4☆. Only one bar in the buffet restaurant for that many passengers. With the drinks package, constant queues for coffee and other drinks, missing spoons etc. Bar staff unhelpful, cocktails poured into plain glasses, only when they realised we wanted to take a photo with the cocktail did they pour into a stemmed glass and garnish with fruit. Which should perhaps be a given with 9 euro cocktails. And on the Poesia, it was. They didn't even return my magnetic card at the bar even though we were sitting 2m from the bar just not interested. These are my observations from the cruise, when talking to other fellow passengers we stated that the quality of service on the new MSC cruises is really deteriorating.
