The time around Easter and Christmas is special for us at Riviera Tour. It is one of the few times of the year when we are all together in the office and we have no delegate-assisted cruises. While we traditionally indulge in a Christmas party before Christmas, this year we decided to start a new company ritual in the spring - Easter team building.
We needed a little reboot, to switch off, clear our heads, have fun and at least for a while not to worry about anything.
On Tuesday morning we met in the office, fulfilled all our work obligations and at 14:00 we were already in our Riviera Tour T-shirts and sportswear on the bus to Zlín. Our destination was the sports hall where we had reserved the arena for the Laser game. Probably our work deformation showed itself and we arrived early, so we had time to try the interactive game floor, which challenged us with observation, speed and logic.
After a short briefing we grabbed our equipment and ran into the arena full of anticipation and adrenaline. The first round "everyone against everyone" was clearly the best. Nobody really knew what to expect, so there were squeals, laughter and shouts of victory after each hit from a teammate. The second round we split into two teams, where we incorporated different tactics and strategies into the game. But because we enjoyed the first round more, we decided to do the game again, all against all.
We asked you who could be the best Riviera sniper - names like Kačka, Helča or Hanka came up. How did it actually turn out?
The most points were collected by:
Dominik Číž
Verča Stružková
Hanka Čížová
Zuzka Krajčová
Helča Chovancová
And in terms of accuracy of shooting, the most accurate were:
Helča Chovancová
Terka Samiecová
The whole teambuilding exceeded our expectations. We really cleared our heads, had a great time, and had a great stretch. After the game we got hungry, of course, so we headed to the restaurant where a delicious dinner was waiting for us. Finally, we went to the cinema together to see the new Czech film How Could This Happen to Us. It was a great end to our day together.
A big thank you to our management for making this afternoon happen and to you, our clients, for accepting our temporarily reduced working hours with understanding.
