In the framework of the new project INDIVIDUAL CRUISES S RIVIERA TOUR  we can offer you a really huge range of cruises. The offer is really very varied - more than 3 000 cruises. S with us you can see the whole world. You can go on cruises on your own - individually. You can arrive at the port by car, train, bus or air. We can help you arrange all this, including parking your car in the port. You can even extend your holiday by staying at a hotel in one of the destinations. We can assist you here too.

What is an individual cruise

The basic condition for participation in individual cruises is that at least one person must be able to speak one of the world's languages. Then you have the opportunity to travel and explore beautiful places and destinations around the world. The advantage of individual cruises is the huge range of cruise routes, destinations and, above all, the absolute freedom and possibility to organise the whole trip or cruise yourself. As we have already mentioned, we are ready to arrange parking in the ports for your car, we can arrange hotel accommodation and, if necessary, MSC Cruises excursions.

How to book a cruise

On our website you will find an advanced cruise finder.

In it, you can filter cruises by destination, departure month, preferred ship or by date and price of the cruise (from cheapest/most expensive). You will then see a very diverse range of cruises including cruise circuit maps, cruise dates, port of embarkation and most importantly the price, which is the direct MSC Cruises base price quoted in Czech crowns (CZK).

If you click on the cruise you are interested in, you will see other options and prices of individual cabins and the planned itinerary of the cruise. Our system is linked to the sales system of MSC Cruises, which sells cruises at market prices. Therefore, each published offer is only valid for that time. If you postpone the purchase of a cruise, the price of the cruise may change. If you choose a cruise, you can contact our travel agency and we will make a cruise booking based on your requirements and prepare everything you need.

However, you can book your cruise online immediately by clicking on the book button and filling in the necessary details. You will then be contacted by a Riviera Tour staff member (depending on your time availability) who will finalize the details of the cruise and suggest other options for your on-board activities.

Destinations for individual cruises

With Riviera Tour you can currently cruise to 12 destinations and more than 315 ports around the world. Western Mediterranean

Usually our travelers reach for these cruises first. They are interested in the famous names of the destinations they visit, but also in the possibility of extending their summer with cruises to Madeira and the Canary Islands, where stops in Morocco are also usually on offer. Winter cruises are also nice for sightseeing. The port of embarkation by destination is usually Genoa, Civitavecchia, La Spezia, Livorno and by air, Barcelona is also possible.

The Baltic Sea cruises and especially the round Europe cruises are very popular and have already gained a following over the years. Cruises around Europe

Probably the best-selling cruise, it is set in the spring and autumn months when ships sail past Europe to the North Sea. During the 14-day cruise, you'll discover unmissable destinations and can even visit the pilgrimage sites of Santiago de Compostela or Fatima. Sailings usually depart from Genoa, Italy and end in Hamburg, Kiel, Wardemunde or the opposite.

Permian Gulf and the Red Sea

We have recently expanded our cruise offering to include Saudi Arabia and the Gulf and Red Sea region. We were very pleased to see that this was a step in the right direction, with many veteran sailors rating these cruises as the best ever. In this destination you can expect modern cities, beautiful history, ancient Arabic markets with their spicy smell contrasted with luxury department stores. These cruises also have the advantage of a direct flight from Vienna to Dubai or to Egypt.

These cruises are usually in spring and autumn, when the ships cross the oceans to return to Europe. The cruises are usually 16-22 days long and provide a really relaxing time during the ocean crossing (about 5-6 days), but most importantly you can visit very interesting destinations that you don't normally get to visit. Of course, you have to take into account the return flight to Europe.

Transport to the port

Before you start choosing a cruise, you need to decide where you want to go and what your language skills are. If your language skills are limited, we definitely recommend a cruise with transport and a RIVIERA TOUR delegate. If your language skills are good, you have the option of flying or driving to the port. In this case, our range of cruises is really very wide and it really just depends on which cruise you choose and which dates. However, you must have at least minimal travel experience and good communication skills.

By own car

Transport to the port by your own car - Don't want to be restricted by anyone or anything? Do you want to have a really large choice of cruises and cruise circuits? Take your cruise in your own car. Find your cruise at a great price and organise your own holiday at www.rivieratour.cz in the self-drive cruise section. In case you are experienced in travelling, you can go to the port by your own car. If you choose to do so, we will be happy to advise you on how to get to the port, where to park your vehicle and so on.

We have prepared detailed departure instructions to help you with practical information. At the port, we provide you with secure parking directly at the pier, parking is negotiated with the travel contract at a price starting from about 100 euros/week. Secure parking must be booked in advance, so please inform us when you sign the contract that you require parking for your vehicle. Once the car park is full, it is quite difficult to find an alternative solution. Our departure instructions contain detailed information and maps for parking your vehicle at the marina. If you are travelling by your own car to the port, please request a reservation in a secure car park directly at the port when signing the contract. To make a reservation, you will need to declare the registration number, type and colour of your vehicle.

If you have secured a parking space, please present your boat ticket on arrival at the port and follow the instructions of the staff. Upon arrival at the port, you will hand over the vehicle keys and the vehicle to the parking service, who will transport the vehicle to a secure parking area. Upon your return, your vehicle will be ready for you again on the pier by the ship. CK RIVIERA TOUR only provides parking reservations. Parking is not part of the RIVIERA TOUR services.

By air (incl. transfer to the port)

Transportation to the port by air - for cruises with which you have also purchased tickets with us, we can arrange transfers on request. The transfers offered by RIVIERA TOUR for each cruise are just a suggested transport option between the airport, hotel and port. Depending on the logistical layout of the destination, these can be group transfers (mainly Europe, some Asian and Caribbean cruises, and other cruises), private transfers, or a combination of both. This is not a compulsory extra to the cruise. Clients can arrange transfers individually or use taxi services.

If you purchase the tickets yourself, we charge a 250,-CZK transfer booking fee in addition to the transfer price. In the case of air transport, the weight and dimensions of the luggage are prescribed by the airline. Please follow the airline's instructions. Attention! The weights of multiple pieces of luggage are never added together. For air transport we use only scheduled airlines. Port hotels - in all European and international ports we can arrange single accommodation before and after your cruise. If you wish to extend your holiday, we can arrange accommodation for any number of nights.

Our recommendation - avoid buying cheap flights on low-cost airlines, or fly with plenty of time to spare. If you miss boarding, you are not entitled to compensation.

Hotels in ports

In some destinations (mainly outside Europe) we can also arrange complete sightseeing packages with accommodation en route and car hire. You can contact us with confidence. Most of the hotels we offer around the ports have been vetted. Our recommendation - avoid buying cheap flights on low-cost airlines, or in this case fly with a considerable time reserve. If you miss boarding, you are not entitled to compensation.

Our notice:
We would like to warn all clients with their own transport to the port that there may be late disembarkation from the ship, either due to bad weather or for technical and organizational reasons. We recommend that you allow sufficient time for departures on your return journey. In the event of a late disembarkation, clients are not entitled to compensation. In case your air transportation to the port is provided directly by the cruise company, including transfers, MSC CRUISES will arrange alternative transportation. Furthermore, we would like to remind clients that if there is any damage to luggage, this must be reported to the cruise company staff directly at the check-in hall and a claim report requested. Without a claim report, the claim for compensation will not be accepted. In the event of damage to a car, it is also necessary to request proper confirmation of the damage event and to take photo documentation of the event in order to deal with subsequent compensation.

The cruise company has market prices and so sometimes it happens that not all cruises are completely sold out or due to cancellations cruises are sold at very interesting prices. And  just such cruise offers we prepare and send for you.
