Procedure for concluding a commercial agency agreement

On the basis of these documents we will evaluate your application and, upon successful approval, we will send you a contract for commercial representation of our travel agency. If you accept it, nothing prevents further business cooperation.

Booking a cruise

Concluding a travel contract through a retailer

Please note that when concluding a travel contract, all details of the tour operator must be filled in including a valid telephone number and email. These details are entered into the database and without these details the travel contract will not be concluded. The contact details of the tour booker must not include the contact details of the seller or their telephone number.

Please also note that departure instructions are sent always in printed form exclusively to the address of the tour customer - cruises by registered mail approximately 30 days before departure. It is not possible to send the check-in instructions to another address or to the address of the seller.

We would also like to remind the seller that if the client does not have health insurance through RIVIERA TOUR CK, which offers special insurance for cruises, they must make sure that their insurance policy includes medical intervention and air transport insurance over 5 miles from land. This is very important information.

Payments for tours

Payments for tours and all services at RIVIERA TOUR   can be made exclusively and only by wire transfer or deposit exclusively to the account of the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR.

Please note that any cash payments or payments on behalf of sellers are not permitted and will not be posted.

Please be advised that the Authorized Dealer may not accept any payments from clients on behalf of RIVIERA TOUR for RIVIERA TOUR tours.
