Procedure for concluding a commercial agency agreement

Please attach the following to your email:

• an extract from the trade register or a licence certificate

• your business card

• a photograph of the exterior of your agency

Based on these documents, we will evaluate your application and, upon successful approval, send you a contract for commercial representation of our travel agency. If you accept it, nothing will stand in the way of further business cooperation.

And that's it, you're done.

We will then send you a commercial agency agreement, and once you have signed it, you will be ready to place orders.

Cruise reservations

If you need to book a cruise, please contact us by telephone or email. We will do our best to accommodate you. We can only provide cruise bookings until 4 p.m. on working days, unless you agree otherwise with the operator. When you send the confirmed contract, you will receive special telephone numbers for our colleagues who will prepare travel contracts, bookings and services for you.

Conclusion of a travel contract through a seller

Please note that when concluding a travel contract, all details about the person booking the trip must be filled in, including a valid telephone number and email address. This information is entered into a database, and without it, the travel contract cannot be concluded. The contact details of the person booking the trip must not be the contact details of the seller or their telephone number.

We would also like to inform sellers that departure instructions are always sent in printed form exclusively to the address of the person who booked the trip or cruise by registered post approximately 30 days before departure. It is not possible to send check-in instructions to a different address or to the seller's address.

We would also like to remind sellers that if the client does not have health insurance through CK RIVIERA TOUR, which offers special insurance for cruises, it is necessary to ensure that their insurance policy includes medical care and air transport over 5 miles from land. This is very important information.

Payments for trips

Payments for trips and all services at CK RIVIERA TOUR can only be made by bank transfer or deposit exclusively to the account of the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR.

Please note that any cash payments or payments to sellers' accounts are not permitted and will not be credited.

We strongly emphasise that authorised dealers are not permitted to accept any payments from clients on behalf of CK RIVIERA TOUR for CK RIVIERA TOUR trips.
