Insurance against bankruptcy
Travel agency RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o. is insured against the bankruptcy of the travel agency in accordance with Act No. 159/1999 Coll. on the conditions of business in tourism.
This insurance is concluded for a period of one year with subsequent option with the insurance company:

Together with the application for the trip (travel contract), each client receives from us a proof of insurance against bankruptcy and information about cruises, which are an integral part of the travel contract in the annex. This document certifies that RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o. is insured in accordance with Act No. 159/1999 Coll. The insurance coverage is provided 24 hours a day, policy number 5900033608 for the worldwide coverage within the limit of indemnity.

Payment to the Guarantee Fund
RIVIERA TOUR, on the basis of Act 159/1999 Coll., as amended, has paid a contribution to the account of the guarantee fund for the year 2023.
Reimbursement on the basis of Act 159/1999 Coll. as amended, the contribution to the account of the guarantee fund for the year 2023 was made on 20.12.2022.
