How to earn points?

For every cruise you take with us, you'll earn points that allow you to upgrade your membership.

Points can be collected based on:

Extra points for booking a Voyagers Exclusives or World Cruises cruise. All guests can also earn 100 bonus points for updating their contact details up to 72 hours before sailing. Further details on how to earn MSC Voyagers Club points can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions below.

Points are credited after the cruise, approximately 10 days after the date of disembarkation.

MSC Voyagers Club members (Classic, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Blue Diamond) who purchase Around the World Cruise will earn triple points based on stateroom type or MSC Yacht Club selected. Welcome members are only eligible for triple points if the Voyagers Club registration date is earlier than the MSC World Cruise booking date. Points will exceptionally be allocated at the time of booking. For example, if you purchase the Bella experience, you will earn 2,100 points instead of 700; if you purchase the Fantastica experience, you will earn 3,000 points instead of 1,000; if you purchase the Aurea experience, you will earn 4,500 points instead of 1,500.

Points based on prepaid services:

MSC Voyagers Club members will earn 100 points for every €150 spent before the cruise on MSC packages/services related to the cruise booked. Two types of on-board services can be paid before the cruise: per cabin and per passenger. Points are calculated based on the total amount spent by the member on MSC onboard services prepaid prior to the cruise. Expenditure on pre-paid pre-cruise onboard services that apply to all cabin users (and not to individual users) will be divided equally between cabin users.

Example of pre-paid pre-cruise cabin services: The total amount for pre-paid pre-cruise cabin services applicable to all cabin users is €600. If there are four people in a cabin, the cost for calculating each cabin member's points will be €150, equivalent to 100 points. Members cannot claim points divided between non-members occupying the same cabin for pre-paid services on board before the cruise, which apply to all cabin users. Points for onboard services prepaid prior to the cruise by individual cabin users will be allocated to individual Members who have prepaid for onboard services prior to the cruise.

Example of pre-paid pre-cruise on-board services per cabin user: the total amount of pre-paid pre-cruise on-board services per cabin user is EUR 600. To award points, divide the total amount by 150, which gives 400 points. A single passenger who uses the pre-paid on-board services that apply only to individuals will receive all 400 points.

MSC Voyagers Club Exclusive

Book your cruise in advance and get the best out of your MSC Voyagers Club membership: we offer exclusive MSC Cruises discounts on all cruises for MSC Voyagers Club members only (except round-the-world cruises).

Book more than 12 months prior to departure and earn an additional +5% discount + double points (to be awarded at the end of the cruise). Silver, Gold, Diamond or Blue Diamond members also receive an additional credit of €50 per person.

Book more than 9 months before departure and get an additional +5% discount.

The MSC Voyagers Club is a loyalty program designed for MSC Cruises guests. It is MSC Cruises' way of rewarding its most loyal customers. MSC Voyagers Club members are entitled to a suite of benefits ashore and on board. The more cruises you take, the more points you earn and the higher your level of MSC Voyagers Club membership. Silver level is the third level of membership in the MSC Voyagers Club. As a Silver level member you can enjoy all the benefits of the Classic level plus the following exclusive privileges:

Benefits when booking: Receive a credit of €/$50 per board when booking MSC Voyagers exclusive products.

Discounts on board: Take advantage of a 10% discount on laundry packages. 10% discount on minibar purchases.

Disembarkation Benefits: Priority right on the last day of disembarkation and access to transfer buses⁸ (if booked).

10. What are the Diamond Member benefits?

Diamond level is the fifth level of membership in the MSC Voyagers Club. In addition to the benefits included in the Gold Level, Diamond Level members also have the following privileges:

Pre-cruise and embarkation: Priority check-in queue to ensure a smooth embarkation. Take advantage of priority baggage check-in to save you time and hassle. Get early access to theatre performances. Privileges when visiting ports:Priority access to the tender (a small boat taking clients to and from the port when the boat is not moored directly at the pier).

You can check your points status by logging in to this website or the MSC For Me mobile app.

13. Where can I find my MSC Voyagers Club number?

Your MSC Voyagers Club number is available through your MSC account. You will also find your MSC Voyagers Club number in the email you receive when you log in to the MSC Voyagers Club (see question 3), on the cruise card you receive on embarkation (the cruise card is the key to your stateroom and is also your payment method on board) and on your electronic cruise ticket.

14. When/where will I receive my MSC Voyagers Club card?

Your membership card corresponds to your cruise card, which you will receive on the first day of your cruise. The cruise card is the key to your cabin and is also your means of payment on board.

MSC Voyagers Exclusives is a special program for MSC Voyagers Club members. This program provides the opportunity to earn additional discounts, extra points and onboard credit on select departures! (With the exception of Around the World Cruises).
