The cruise ship MSC Bellissima, owned by MSC Cruises, has won the prestigious "Asia Best Cruise Ship Award" for the second year in a row. This recognition was awarded during the 10th annual "Straddling the Atlantic" awards. Asia Cruise Forum, held at Jeju Island in South Korea.
According to a press release from MSC Cruises, ship occupancy in Japan, China and South Korea has increased significantly since the company resumed international cruises in the region in 2023. The ship's year-round presence has contributed to the revival of the Asian tourism sector.
Receiving the award, Oliviero Morelli, president of MSC Cruises for Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia, said, "MSC Bellissima has become a symbol of excellence in the Asian market, which has been appreciated by both our guests and the cruising community. This wonderful consecutive award is a testament to our world-class personalized guest service and exceptionally high customer feedback ratings."
The Asian cruises on the MSC Bellissima with their groups also took part in the Riviera Tour. Our travel agency has travelled over 80 guests in two groups to this area with transportation and a delegate. That this is a destination with growing popularity is confirmed by the fact that we are preparing two Asia cruises with a delegate from Tokyo for 2026 (you can read more about the spring cruise here, and we would like to announce the autumn cruise in the coming months).
The MSC Bellissima, which accommodates up to 5,655 guests, will continue its Asia cruises with regular sailings in Japan, China and South Korea. The cruise company plans to add additional enhancements to increase the comfort and entertainment of guests on board.
