MSC Cruises expands family activities on private island Ocean Cay

Cruise company MSC Cruises is expanding its family entertainment offerings on its private Caribbean island Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. It will enrich the existing activities focused on beach relaxation and underwater conservation experiences.

New family wellness and sports programmes led by professional coaches will offer yoga, functional training, sunrise meditation and fire and ice challenges. Guests of all ages can participate in an educational augmented reality treasure hunt that will also highlight marine conservation efforts through interactive narration and augmented reality checkpoints around the island. Children will also learn about native species through engaging digital content paired with wooden sculptures throughout the island.

Adding to the fun, a live LEGO® pop-up with seven mascots and MSC's Doremi will welcome families to the Welcome Pavilion, creating playful and memorable moments for all generations.
