Enjoy your holiday to the fullest and purchase one of the drink packages offered when booking your cruise and save 15% on the price (packages are also available on the ship, but with a 15% surcharge). By purchasing a package you will save approximately 20% on the price of drinks. On the ships, the basic price of the cruise includes full board supplemented by drinks from the drinks machines. It must be stressed that these drink machines are located exclusively in the buffet restaurant. In the morning, 3-4 types of sweet juices, coffee, tea, cocoa are available in them. During the day, water, coffee and tea. All drinks purchased at bars or restaurants outside the machines are already paid for and added to your hotel bill. All services ordered in bars or restaurants are automatically subject to a 15% tax.

Beverage packets
The cruise company offers you the opportunity to purchase discounted packages for your relaxing holiday. Although the prices look high at first glance, you need to consider your needs on the cruise itself. Do you really want to enjoy your holiday?Buying a package is a really good option. Just a simple calculation: if you know that each person in the cabin will consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks per day, it makes sense to buy a package. It's simple - you're on holiday, after all: a glass of sparkling wine at breakfast, a beer at lunch, an afternoon drink at the bar, coffee and wine at dinner in the evening and you've met your "limit". Plus, you're sure to make new friends on the ship with whom you'll have a late-night chat - over a drink, too. In such a case, the drink package is really worth it.
If you purchase the packages when you sign the travel contract, you will save 15% of the total package price. Packages can only be purchased on the ship on the first day of embarkation. However, an automatic 15% fee will be added to your package price. We therefore recommend purchasing packages in advance when booking your cruise with our travel agent. Moreover, our colleagues will be happy to advise you from their own experience which package is the best for you.
Packages must be purchased by each person in a shared cabin, including children. Children will receive discounted child packages. Packages and their redemption is only for clients who have purchased a package. It is not possible to purchase drinks for other clients or exchange cards. Packages can only be purchased for the entire cruise and are non-refundable.

Terms and conditions of beverage packages:
* Beverage packages on presale can be purchased with 15% discount. If you purchase your package on board the ship, a 15% charge will automatically be added to the package price.
* Drinks packs are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other guests, valid for one drink per order only.
* Prices are valid for every day of the cruise except the day of disembarkation.
* Packages must be ordered by all guests occupying the same cabin, travelling together and wishing to dine at the same table. This also applies to minors, for whom a package for minors must be booked. As a result, our systems will not allow you to enter "TRAVEL WITH" unless guests purchase the same package. Therefore, it is not possible to seat people with different drink packages at the same dinner table
* Packages are sold for the entire cruise, not for a single day.
* Prices apply to every day of the cruise, except the day of disembarkation.
* After ordering a package, packages cannot be terminated or refunded.
* Packages are not compulsory for children under three years of age.
* Drinks and liquors may be substituted depending on availability and itinerary.
* For cruises in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean, alcoholic beverages are served to persons over 21 years of age.
* In the case of local regulations (Ramadan), if the boat is moored in a country that restricts the consumption of alcohol, alcoholic beverages cannot be served while moored at the destination.
* Packages are available in all bars, buffets, main dining room and private islands.
* Tips for drinks are included in the price.
* The package can be used for a maximum of 15 alcoholic drinks per day.

Internet packages
In recent years, MSC Cruises has decided to invest in satellite internet capacity, which is available to guests and crew on board MSC ships. In practice, this means that the internet bandwidth is now more than quadrupled. The new satellite internet connection has been designed to be simple, with a choice of 2 different packages.
These are designed to suit the different needs of guests and the different number of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.). All packages are available for the entire cruise or for just one day at a reduced price. The package price is also derived from the length of the cruise. As internet prices vary from ship to ship, we will prepare an up-to-date offer of internet packages on request according to the cruise circuit and ship. Internet packages can be easily purchased directly on board the ship on your ship account.

Service fee
All your orders at bars and restaurants are automatically charged a service fee of 15%. If you are interested in saving, please pay attention to the information above. If you purchase packages when you sign a contract, these packages can be purchased without the service charge. If you purchase beverages or discounted packages while on board the ship, a service charge of 15% will also be applied to these packages. This is payable on board the ship to your ship account.
Service charge
From 5. 12. 2023 the service tax is included in the price of the tour.
As we have already mentioned, on the ship you don't pay at the bars with money, but with a ship card. There are no tips, gratuities or similar charges that are common in restaurants and hotels on land. Also, there are no charges for use of sunbeds, pool service for use of pools and hot tubs, theatre admission, entertainment programmes, discos, port taxes, accommodation fees and the like. All these charges are included in the single service charge. The cruise company will automatically charge your account a service charge of approx. from 12 euros/night per adult (Caribbean from approx. 13 USD/night) and approx. from 6 euros/8 USD/night per child from 2-12 years old.
Service charges must be paid in advance from 13 July 2023 - cannot be paid on board the ship. From 5 December 2023 onwards, the service charge is included in the cruise price.

This amount of 1 euro is automatically added to your account. If you do not want to participate in this charity, just inform the staff when paying your bill. The amount will be automatically deducted immediately. It is only paid on board the ship to your ship account.
