Unlike hotel reservations, the cruise company offers cruises at so-called market prices. This means that the current price of the cruise depends on the cruise company's current sales. In practice, this means that the price offer is valid for that particular moment. If you do not accept the offer, the price may change to a lower or even higher price level. Therefore, it is quite common for you to purchase a cruise for, say, £20,000, while your colleague at the table with the same cabin and services may pay 100% more for their cabin.
On our website, we list the prices of individual cruises set by the cruise company on a given day at 8:00 a.m. Each order must be verified to ensure that the price quote is still valid. Therefore, when you place your order, we immediately contact the cruise company and re-verify the price of the cruise. If the price of the cruise is different, we will immediately inform you of this situation and prepare a current possible cruise offer for you.
Our credo is to state the total price for the cruise. However, cruise companies divide the price into several items. Therefore, at first glance, it may seem that some competing offers are more affordable for you. However, we would like to remind you to always compare the total price of the cruise and, above all, to make sure that you will not have to pay anything extra before departure or on board. That is why our offer on the website for individual cruises is presented according to individual items of the price per person, but the total price for your cruise is always added up and stated – so there will be no surprises and you will not have to pay anything extra. Basic price per person for the cruise, with a choice of cabin and services on board the ship.
The total price of the cruise includes the price of the cruise, service tax and port taxes. Port taxes are a mandatory fee for boarding and disembarking services, porter services during boarding and disembarking, and boarding and disembarking services at individual destinations, and are automatically added to the price of the cruise in your travel contract.
On board, you do not pay at bars with cash, but with a card. There are no tips, baksheesh or similar fees on board, which are common in restaurants and hotels. There are also no fees for the use of sun loungers, pool service, swimming pools and whirlpools, etc. There are no entrance fees for the theatre, entertainment programmes, discos, port taxes, accommodation fees and the like. All these fees are included in a single service charge. The cruise company charges a service fee of approximately €12/night (Caribbean approximately $13.5/night) per adult and approximately €6/night per child aged 2-12. From 1 December 2023, the service charge will be automatically added to the price of the cruise and included in the total price of the cruise stated in the travel contract.
Every travel agency must be insured against bankruptcy by law and must pay contributions to a guarantee fund. These payments are mandatory and have a significant impact on the price of the trip. The majority of cruise sellers sell cruises as travel agencies. However, this transfers all risks directly to the customer and, in the event of problems, the seller disclaims any responsibility. Cruise on MSC Cruises on the specified date, full board on board the ship except for specialised restaurants, drinks from vending machines in the buffet restaurant, port taxes and porter services during embarkation and disembarkation, daily cabin cleaning, themed evenings according to the cruise programme, travel agency insolvency insurance, animation and entertainment programmes on board and in the theatre, except for special performances, the captain's gala evening during the cruise, access to children's clubs, access to most swimming pools and whirlpools, except for facilities reserved for guests of Aurea class cabins or the MSC Yacht Club.
Optional excursions organised by the cruise company at destinations, drinks, alcoholic beverages at bars and restaurants, premium services at an additional cost (saunas, massages, cinema, circus, etc.), transfers organised by the cruise company at ports, travel insurance, transport to and from the port.

Prices are per person per cruise. The minimum number of people in a cabin is two. If you are interested in a single cabin, we will provide you with the price upon request; there is a surcharge of 50-100%. On request, we will send you calculations for outside cabins with windows, balcony cabins or suites, or a special offer at the MSC Yacht Club.
Discounts for children under 18 years of age are available upon request, subject to cabin availability. They are always conditional on at least two adults sharing the cabin.
Prices vary throughout the year depending on the occupancy of individual ships. As a rule, the shorter the time until departure, the higher the price. Please note that some cruises are sold out up to a year in advance. Our clients usually purchase cruises approximately 1.5 years in advance at a good price.
Upon confirmation of the travel contract, a basic payment of CZK 15,000 per travel contract is always payable. If the travel agency also arranges air transport for the client as part of the travel contract, the full price of the air transport is added to this advance payment. (Air transport cannot be cancelled). The balance of the travel contract must always be paid 55 days before embarkation.
