It is important to note that even though you are only participating in a cruise to European destinations, during the cruise you will be leaving European territory and entering international waters. This involves various transit visas and entry permits, which are arranged for you by our travel agency or cruise company. For this purpose, we need your personal and passport details in order to register you for the cruise and obtain entry permits and visas. Without this information, it is not possible to go on the cruise.

For this reason, when drawing up the travel contract, you will be asked to provide the personal and passport details of each client. Please send us this information on the prescribed form to the contact addresses listed on the form. As the administrator of this data, our travel agency has a trained team of employees who are authorised to handle this data for the purpose of processing the travel contract, your registration with the shipping company, carriers, insurance companies or hotels and services that require this data to provide their services.

Consent to the provision of personal data

By requesting services from CK RIVIERA TOUR, the applicant voluntarily provides data for the purpose of processing their request. The data will be used for the purpose of processing documents and travel contracts and will be transferred to third parties in countries outside the European Union for the purpose of processing entry formalities and visas, for the purpose of providing services by a shipping company or hotel, carrier, insurance company or supplier of other partial services. Furthermore, the data may be used for security, property or health protection, legal reasons and for personal processing by the data controller. This data is not provided to third parties for commercial use and its content is disclosed to a small group of duly instructed persons.

Consent to the taking of photographs and video recordings

I agree to the taking of photographs and video recordings during the trip for security reasons, namely to monitor publicly accessible areas for the purpose of ensuring safety, and to the use of these photographs and video recordings in the travel agency's promotional materials, both in physical form and on its website. I give this consent for an indefinite period.

Consent to receive commercial communications

I agree to the processing of my personal data, including my first name, surname, address, telephone number and email address, for the purpose of sending commercial communications. The travel agency is authorised to send commercial communications by SMS, MMS, email, post or telephone. I acknowledge that I may object to the sending of commercial communications at any time by writing to the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., Lidečko 31, 756 12, or by unsubscribing in the footer of the e-mail. In this case, the travel agency will no longer send me commercial communications or otherwise process my personal data for direct marketing purposes.

This consent also applies to persons for whom or on whose behalf I am concluding the travel contract. By concluding this contract, I declare that I am authorised to give consent on behalf of my fellow travellers, whether on the basis of contractual or other representation. By signing, the service customer confirms that they have duly understood this explanation and hereby grants consent to the use of this data.

Processing of highly sensitive data (e.g. visa requirements)

Dear friends, if you are travelling to the USA or exotic countries, we must complete certain administrative tasks before booking your cruise, which are necessary for your participation in the cruise. Visa requirement

By requesting services from CK RIVIERA TOUR, the applicant voluntarily provides highly sensitive data for the purpose of processing their request. The data will be used for the purpose of processing entry visa documents and will be transferred to the entry portal of the immigration authorities of the relevant country outside the European Union for the purpose of processing entry formalities and visas, for the purpose of providing services by a shipping company or hotel, carrier or supplier of other ancillary services. Furthermore, the data may be used for security, property or health protection, legal reasons and for personal processing by the data controller. This data is not provided to third parties for commercial use and its content is known only to a very small group of duly instructed persons. This data will be destroyed by the data controller 90 days after the end of the trip. By signing, the customer confirms that they have duly understood this explanation and hereby grants consent to the processing and handling of this highly sensitive data.

Information on the processing of personal data for the purposes of the data controller

Pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., with its registered office at Lidečko 31,756 12 Horní Lideč, ID No.: 25911741, as the personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the "Travel Agency"), processes the personal data of clients and all tour participants for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements arising from the Tour Contract (provision of travel services) concluded with the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "client"). Personal data is processed both in written form (travel file) and in automated form. Only a strictly defined group of CK employees has access to personal data. Personal data may also be accessed by entities that have been authorised by CK, on the basis of a contractual relationship, to process personal data. The following personal data is processed: title, first name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, nationality, type, number and expiry date of travel document, unless otherwise required by regulations. If a telephone line is used for communication between the client and the travel agency (e.g. for the purpose of ordering services, changing services, making a complaint about services, withdrawing from the contract and terminating the contract), an audio recording is also made.

Personal data, including title, first name, surname and date of birth, are transferred for the purpose of providing travel services only to contractual business partners abroad, outside the European Union, to transport companies and health insurance companies that provide travel insurance for clients mediated by the travel agency. Personal data may also be transferred to entities authorised by law in connection with any civil, criminal or administrative proceedings. Personal data is processed (stored) for the duration of the contractual relationship (i.e. from the signing of the contract until the provision of the last travel service) and subsequently for the purpose of handling any complaints by the travel agency's clients for a period of one month. If the client makes a complaint within the specified period, personal data is stored until the complaint is resolved and then for a maximum of two years in case of a possible inspection by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or other authorised bodies. Personal data whose purpose of processing has expired (no complaint was made by the client within the specified period) is irrevocably destroyed. Only personal data in the scope of title, name, surname, address, e-mail and telephone number of the client are retained for marketing purposes (providing discounts and sending commercial communications), and these are subsequently stored for a period of 10 years.

Personal data processed for the protection of the rights and legally protected interests of the travel agency and clients, especially in the case of civil, criminal or administrative proceedings, are stored until their resolution. The provision of personal data is mandatory and necessary for the conclusion and implementation of a contractual relationship (provision of travel services).
The client has the right to request information from the travel agency at any time about further details of the processing of their personal data and to access their personal data. If the client discovers or believes that the travel agency is processing personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of their private and personal life or contrary to legal regulations, in particular if their personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, they may ask the travel agency for an explanation or to remedy the situation (in particular, this may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or deleting personal data).

Information on the recording of audio

Pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the wording of subsequent regulations, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR, as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "TA"), monitors telephone calls for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling the subject of contracts or for negotiating the conclusion or amendment of a contract made at the client's request and to improve the quality of services provided. The audio recordings are processed in an automated form and only a strictly defined group of TA employees and, where applicable, employees of companies authorised by the TA to process personal data have access to these recordings. All personal data recorded in the form of an audio recording during a telephone call is processed.

The audio recording is stored for a maximum of one calendar period, after which the recording loop is overwritten with more recent recordings. In the event of a complaint, grievance or other incident, the audio recording (or a copy thereof) may be stored for a longer period necessary to protect the rights and legally protected interests of the travel agency or client. The audio recording may only be disclosed to entities authorised by law in connection with any civil, criminal or administrative proceedings. You have the right to request information from the travel agency at any time about further details of the processing of your personal data and to access your personal data. If you discover or believe that CK is processing your personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of your private and personal life or contrary to legal regulations, in particular if your personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, you may ask CK for an explanation or to remedy the situation (in particular, this may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or deleting personal data

Information on the processing of the customer's personal data

Pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the wording of subsequent regulations, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR, as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "TA"), processes the personal data of the tour customer for the purpose of informing the customer about its new products, for the marketing activities of the TA, sending written or email offers and catalogues. In the case of sending email offers, each commercial communication contains a link in the footer for the customer to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications. In the case of unsubscribing from email commercial communications, the data is deleted automatically within 24 hours. In the case of a written request, the deletion will be carried out within 20 working days.

Information on the processing of personal data of other entities

In accordance with Section 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR as the personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as "CK") processes the personal data of persons interested in the services of CK RIVIERA TOUR or persons interested in receiving commercial offers for the purpose of informing clients about its new products, for CK's marketing activities, and for sending written or email offers and catalogues. This data is processed by the data controller upon request by email, in writing or by telephone, or via the web portal www.rivieratour.cz. Potential customers interested in a trip have the right to request the deletion of this data exclusively at the address RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., Lidečko 31,756 12. In the case of sending email offers, each commercial communication contains a link in the footer for the customer to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications. In the case of unsubscribing from email commercial communications, the data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
