Before booking your cruise, we must complete the administrative tasks necessary for your participation in the cruise. It is important to note that although you are only participating in a cruise in European destinations, during the cruise you are leaving European space and entering international waters. This entails various transit visas and entry permits, which are handled on your behalf by our travel agency or the cruise company. For this purpose, we necessarily need your personal and passport data in order to ensure your registration on the cruise and to secure entry permits and visas. Without this data, the cruise cannot take place.

For this reason, each client will be asked to supply personal and passport details when drawing up the travel contract. Please send these details to us on the prescribed form to the contact addresses indicated on the form. Our travel agency - as the controller of this data has a trained team of staff who are authorised to handle this data for the purpose of processing the travel contract, your registration with the cruise company, carriers, insurance companies or hotels and services requiring this data to provide services;

Consent to disclosure of personal data:

By requesting the provision of services from RIVIERA TOUR, the applicant voluntarily provides data for the purpose of processing his/her request. The data will be used for the processing of documents and travel contracts and will be transferred to third parties in countries outside the European Union for the processing of entry formalities and visas, for the provision of services by the cruise company or hotel, carrier, insurance company or supplier of other partial services. Furthermore, the data may be used for security, protection of property or health, legal reasons and for personal processing by the data controller. These data are not provided to third parties for commercial use and their content is made known to a small group of appropriately informed persons.

Consent to the taking of photographs and video recordings:

I consent to the taking of photographs and video recordings during the tour for security reasons by monitoring publicly accessible places to ensure safety  and to the use of these photographs and video recordings in the promotional materials of the travel agency, both in tangible form and on the website. I give this consent for an indefinite period of time.

Consent for sending commercial communications:

I agree to the processing of my personal data in the scope of name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail address for the purpose of sending commercial communications. The Agency is entitled to send commercial communications by SMS, MMS, e-mail, post or telephone. I acknowledge that I can object to the sending of commercial communications at any time by writing to the address of the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., Lidečko 31, 756 12 or by unsubscribing in the email messages in the footer of the email. In this case, the travel agency will not send me further commercial communications or otherwise process my personal data for direct marketing purposes.

This consent also applies to the persons for whom or on whose behalf I conclude the tour contract. By entering into the contract, I declare that I am authorised to grant consents on behalf of my fellow travellers, whether by contract or otherwise. I acknowledge that this consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked or restricted at any time by me or by any person for whom or on whose behalf I have concluded the tour contract, by sending information about the revocation of consent to the travel agency either to the address of RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., Lidečko 31,756 12

By signing this declaration, the Customer confirms that he/she has duly understood this interpretation and hereby gives his/her consent to the use of this data.

PROCESSING OF HIGHLY SENSITIVE DATA - VISA REQUIREMENTS

Dear friends, if you are traveling to the USA or exotic countries, we must complete the administrative tasks necessary for you to participate in the cruise before booking your cruise. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION - SENSITIVE DATA - VISA REQUIREMENT

By requesting the provision of services from RIVIERA TOUR, the applicant voluntarily provides very sensitive data for the purpose of processing his/her request. The data will be used for the purpose of processing entry visa documents and will be transmitted to the entry portal of the immigration control of the respective state to countries outside the European Union for the purpose of processing entry formalities and visas, for the purpose of providing services by the cruise company or hotel, carrier or supplier of other sub-services. Furthermore, the data may be used for security, protection of property or health, legal reasons and for personal processing by the data controller. These data are not provided to third parties for commercial use and their content is known to a very small group of appropriately informed persons. This data will be  destroyed by the data controller 90 days after the end of the tour. By signing this declaration, the service customer confirms that he/she has duly understood this interpretation and hereby gives his/her consent to the processing and handling of this very sensitive data.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR DATA MANAGEMENT PURPOSES

In accordance with § 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., with its registered office at Lidečko 31,756 12 Horní Lideč, ID No.: 25911741, as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "CK"), processes personal data of clients and all participants of the tour for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements arising from the Contract for the tour (provision of tourism services) concluded with the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "client"). Personal data are processed both in written form (travel file) and in automated form. Access to personal data is restricted to a strictly defined circle of CK employees. Personal data may also be accessed by entities that have been authorised by the CK, on the basis of a contractual relationship, to process personal data. The personal data processed includes: title, name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone, bank account, nationality, type, number and expiry date of travel document, unless otherwise required by law. In the event that a telephone line is used for communication between the client and the CK (e.g. for the purpose of ordering services, changing services, claiming services, withdrawing from the contract and terminating the contract), an audio recording is also made.

For the purpose of providing tourism services, personal data in the following scope: title, name, surname and date of birth are only transferred to contractual business partners abroad outside the European Union, to transport companies and health insurance companies that provide travel insurance for clients arranged by CK. Personal data may also be transferred to entities authorised by law in connection with possible civil, criminal and administrative proceedings. Personal data are processed (stored) for the duration of the contractual relationship (i.e. from the signing of the contract until the provision of the last travel service) and subsequently for the purposes of any claims made by the CK client for a period of one month. In the event that the client makes a claim within the specified period, the personal data is stored until the claim is settled and subsequently for a maximum of 2 years for possible control by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or other authorized bodies. Personal data whose purpose of processing has already passed (the client has not filed a claim for a specified period of time) are irreversibly destroyed. For marketing purposes (providing discounts and sending commercial communications), only personal data in the scope of title, name, surname, address, e-mail and telephone number of the client are retained and subsequently stored for 10 years.

Personal data processed for the protection of the rights and legally protected interests of the CK and clients, especially in the case of civil, criminal or administrative proceedings, are stored until their resolution. The provision of personal data is obligatory and  is  necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contractual relationship (provision of tourism services).
The client has the right to request at any time from the CK information about further details of the processing of his/her personal data and to access his/her personal data. In the event that the client discovers or believes that the CK is processing personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of his/her private and personal life or in violation of  legal regulation, in particular if his/her personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, the CK may ask for an explanation or to remedy the situation (in particular, this may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data).

INFORMATION ON MAKING SOUND RECORDINGS

Pursuant to Section 11 of Act No.101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR, as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "CK"), monitors telephone calls for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling the subject of contracts or for negotiations on the conclusion or amendment of the contract made at the suggestion of the client and improving the quality of the services provided. The audio recordings made are processed in automated form and access to these recordings is restricted to a strictly limited number of CK employees and, where applicable, employees of companies that have been commissioned by CK to process personal data. All personal data recorded in the form of an audio recording during a telephone call is processed.

The audio recording is retained for a maximum of one calendar period, after which the recording loop is overwritten with recordings of a more recent date. In the event of a complaint, grievance or other incident, the audio recording (or a copy thereof) may be retained for a longer period of time necessary to protect the rights and legally protected interests of CK or the client. The audio recording may only be disclosed to entities authorised by law in connection with any civil, criminal or administrative proceedings. You have the right at any time to request information from CK about further details of the processing of your personal data and to access your personal data. In the event that you discover or believe that CK is processing your personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of your private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if your personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, you may ask CK to explain or to remedy the situation (in particular, blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying your personal data).

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF THE CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to § 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR, as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "CK"), processes the personal data of the tour booker for the purpose of informing the client about its new products, for the CK's marketing activities, sending written or email offers and catalogues. This data is processed by the data controller when the travel contract is signed. The tour customer has the right to request the deletion of this data 90 days after the end of the tour exclusively to RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., Lidečko 31,756 12. In the case of sending email offers, a link to unsubscribe the client from receiving commercial communications is placed in the footer of each commercial communication. In the case of unsubscribing from email commercial communications, the deletion of data is done automatically within 24 hours. In case of a written request, the deletion will be made within 20 working days.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF OTHER PERSONAL SUBJECTS 

Pursuant to § 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, the travel agency RIVIERA TOUR  as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "CK") processes personal data of those interested in the services of CK RIVIERA TOUR  or those interested in sending commercial offers for the purpose of informing the client about its new products, for marketing activities of CK, sending written or email offers  and catalogues. These data are processed by the data controller upon email, written or telephone request or via the web portal www.rivieratour.cz. Potential tour purchasers have the right to request the deletion of these exclusively at RIVIERA TOUR s.r.o., Lidečko 31,756 12. In the case of sending email offers, a link to unsubscribe the client from receiving commercial communications is placed in the footer of each commercial communication. In the case of unsubscribing from email commercial communications, the deletion of data is done automatically within 24 hours. In case of a written request, the deletion will be made within 20 working days.
