At the beginning, all you need to do is arrive at the departure points in Ostrava, Olomouc, Brno and other cities and leave the rest to the RIVIERA TOUR representative. During the bus transfer to the port, you will be provided with complete information about the ships and destinations visited, you will receive a snack and refreshments, and perhaps even a little surprise. In the morning, you will arrive at the port and board the ship with the assistance of a representative. Our representative will be there to help you throughout the cruise. RIVIERA TOUR has its own HOSPITALITY DESK on the ship, where information meetings are held regularly during the cruise. Our representative will also assist you during tours of cities and destinations.
Some of our cruises are themed – for example, ballroom dancing lessons, English lessons, etc. These activities are above and beyond the standard services provided and are free of charge. It is up to you whether you wish to participate in these events. As the icing on the cake, on some cruises we offer optional excursions with a RIVIERA TOUR representative (Florence, Pisa, Venice, Rome, Fátima, Flaam, Madeira, St. Tropez, Monaco, etc.). On some cruises, RIVIERA TOUR organises optional excursions in cooperation with MSC CRUISES with the participation of our representative.

The FIRST MINUTE price quoted for the trip is the price at which you can purchase the trip when signing the travel contract, and our travel agency guarantees this price even if it is increased by the shipping company. This price includes the pairing fee and taxes. If you purchase the trip in advance, we guarantee that you will be in the same group as our representative. If you purchase the trip on board the ship, you will usually be assigned to other groups without the assistance of our representative.
The price listed as CATALOGUE is always higher and will be charged if you book a trip after the travel contract has been concluded. If you book a cruise with transport and a representative, your participation is a group matter. Every client on a cruise with transport and a representative is required to follow the instructions of the group representative. This is very important for the smooth and comfortable completion of all necessary procedures. We strongly emphasise that if a client does not follow the representative's instructions, does not arrive at the designated place properly and on time, the representative will continue with the programme with the group according to the given plan, regardless of the client's non-participation.If the client does not follow the representative's instructions or does not arrive at the designated place and time, the travel agency is not responsible for such behaviour on the part of the client, and any claims for compensation or damages are inadmissible in such cases, and the travel agency bears no responsibility for any losses, damages or harm incurred by clients.
We also point out that the delegate has the right to exclude from the group any persons who disrupt the smooth running of the cruise or trip, or who do not comply with the rules of good behaviour, or who are intoxicated. In the event of a gross violation of the principles of good behaviour, verbal abuse or insults to other persons, or alcoholism, the representative or the captain of the ship has the right to cancel the cruise or trip for the client on the spot, without any claim to damages, compensation or reimbursement.
These measures are used very rarely and in exceptional cases. However, it is precisely for these cases and for unsuitable clients that this warning must be included and emphasised.
