May 2025 - we are breaking records, thanks to you!

It's been more than 20 years since I began to fulfill my dream and vision of cruising on MSC Cruises. I started out all alone, with just my wife Hanka. On the first cruises there were about 21 of us on the bus and one bus per month.

Difficult beginnings and first successes

Our choice was clear - MSC Cruises. Firstly because I really like Italy and Italy itself, and also because the vision and direction of MSC Cruises under the leadership of founder Mr Aponte made sense and had a clear strategy that I could fully identify with. Mr. Aponte was a kind of "Italian Bata" for me - a model entrepreneur who inspired me to do my work with my heart and in a family spirit. It was his approach and values that guided and motivated me to build our services on a solid foundation of trust, honesty and a personal approach to each client.

The first setbacks and difficult periods came, which were hard financially, emotionally and psychologically. Years passed and we tried to learn from our mistakes, we listened carefully to our clients and constantly improved our services. With no commercials and no big media, we only moved forward because of the testimonials from you, our clients. Gradually we bought buses and our team grew.

May 2025 - record month

Today, when I look at last month's results, it's unbelievable - we had more than 550 clients on MSC Cruises ships this May alone! We have sailed over 10 cruises. Our clients have travelled on the MSC Musica, Splendida, Preziosa, Seaside, Lirica, Sinfonia and Euribia.

Our drivers drove more than 56,000 km on Riviera Tour buses, prepared more than 1,500 snacks for the bus, more than 3,600 coffees, ate more than 4,200 sausages, concluded more than 260 travel contracts and printed more than 65,000 sheets of check-in instructions - all in one month!

Thanks to the team and clients

Yes, these are interesting numbers, but more and more I am realizing that behind all of this is a TEAM of more than 50 people that I have the privilege of working with. Whether it's the drivers, chefs, delegates, accountants, graphic designers or the marketing team... they all do their job with heart and love. And in these days of hard business, that's truly admirable.

Therefore, I would like to thank everyone who is involved with me in the Riviera Group - for your work, dedication and for allowing me to be with you and achieve such amazing results together.

And to you, our friends and clients, I sincerely thank you for your trust and loyalty. Believe that we will do everything we can to never disappoint your trust.
