Departure by bus RIVIERA TOUR to the port. On the way, our delegate will introduce you to life on board MSC Cruises ships, organizational instructions and the tour program. We will also have a cold dinner, hot breakfast and refreshments ready for you.

Upon arrival at the port, check-in and check-in to the ship follows. In the afternoon a familiarization tour of the boat, accommodation and safety drill before departure. Definitely don't miss the first departure from the port. Also, don't miss the first served dinner to enjoy the great Italian cuisine. We will visit the ship's theatre and finish the evening with a good drink at the bar.
The port of Kiel in Germany, situated on the Baltic Sea, has a long and rich history. Its origins can be traced back to the 13th century when it was founded by Count Adolf IV of Holstein. In 1242, Kiel was granted city rights and quickly developed into a significant maritime and trade hub due to its strategic location.
In the 19th and 20th centuries, Kiel gained prominence as a major shipbuilding center. The city's port was home to the German Imperial Navy and later the Kriegsmarine of Nazi Germany. During World War II, the city and its port were severely damaged, but they were rebuilt in the post-war years. Today, the port of Kiel is one of the busiest in Germany, serving as a crucial gateway for cargo, passengers, and cruise ships.

A visit to this city is truly impressive. We visit the little mermaid, take a few photos with the castle guards, whose hats are known to the whole world. Did you know they weigh up to 8 kg? The walk through the city centre itself is very charming and relaxing.In the nearby Tivoli theme park you can try the roller coaster from 1914, the oldest in Europe and the third oldest in the world.
We recommend the MSC Cruises transfer from the port to the city, it is really necessary in this destination, price approx. 17€.

Already in the western fjords we can see that in Norway the day almost never ends at this time. So even at night, when we sail through the fjords, you can take pictures of beautiful natural phenomena. In the morning, we will dock briefly in Hellesylt, drop off clients interested in MSC optional excursions and continue on to Geiranger.

In Geiranger, a harbour town at the end of Norway's most famous glacial fjord of the same name, you can enjoy pleasant walks in the beautiful local countryside. Optionally, for an additional fee, you can take a wonderful sightseeing bus trip to the platforms around the fjord, from where you can see the magnificent natural scenery.

The history of the Norwegian port of Alesund dates back to the Viking era. Its proximity to the sea and fertile fishing grounds made it an important fishing port. The port's importance grew further in the Middle Ages, when it became the centre of the Hanseatic League, a powerful economic and defence alliance of merchant guilds and their market towns in Northern Europe.
In 1904 a devastating fire destroyed most of the town, but Alesund was quickly rebuilt and the new buildings were characterised by a distinctive secessionist style. Today, the port of Alesund is still an important centre for Norway's fishing industry and is also a popular stop for cruise ships exploring Norway's beautiful fjords. In addition, the port serves as a base for oil and gas operations in the North Sea.

The village of Flaam is famous for the steepest railway from Flaam to Myrdal. This panoramic ride of about 1.5 hours will enchant you with the beautiful scenery of Norwegian nature, waterfalls, rocks and local flora and fauna. A stop directly below the 93-metre waterfall is a truly unique experience.
