Tuscania is a town in the province of Viterbo in the Lazio region of Italy . Until the late 19th century, the town was known as Toscanella. According to legend, Tuscania was founded by Aeneas's son Ascanius where he found twelve puppies of dogs (from where the Etruscan name Tus - Cana, cana being similar to the Latin  canis for "dog"). The main attraction of the town is the church of San Pietro, built in the Lombard-Romanesque style, begun in 739 and renovated in the 11th-12th centuries. The interior has a nave and two aisles divided by low columns and pilasters incorporating half columns with antique and medieval capitals. The facade with a rosette window also dates from the 12th century.

Valletta is a vibrant city that offers more mundane pleasures in addition to its many exhibition palaces, churches and museums.

In Marseille, from the old harbour, we head to the local cathedral, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the island of Iff, which you can optionally visit. The island where the hero of Alexandre Dumas' novel, Count of Monte Cristo, was imprisoned. However, the hike to the Cathedral of Our Lady with our delegate is an unforgettable experience. Marseille is in the palm of your hand. You will see the locations where the movie TAXI was filmed, the old port with its fortress and other attractions.

In the morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will visit the historic centre of Genoa, which is characterised by its typical streets called Caruggi and is one of the greatest examples of a well-preserved medieval town in Europe. You will be surprised by the many streets that intersect to form a tangled labyrinth of alleys in the old port and around the cathedral. The "patrician" street is located near Via Aurea and Piazza De Ferrari, which is connected to a large fountain. You will find that some streets are dark, others are lit by the sunlight, some are wide and some are so narrow that it is difficult to pass through them. All have mixed smells, flavours and different cultures.

In the morning after breakfast we will disembark from the ship and can look forward to exploring more beautiful places during today. The tour is not over yet.

Siena is known as a historic cultural city with a well-preserved medieval architectural heritage and the University of Siena, one of the oldest universities in the world. That is why Siena has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. One of the characteristic features of Siena's architecture is its brick buildings. This is because the clay soils around the city are suitable for their production. The city centre is surrounded by several gates connected by a system of walls. It also owes its preservation to the fact that, unlike most other Italian cities, Siena was not bombed during the Second World War. Siena is also famous for the annual Palia, a horse race held in the main square, Piazza del Campo. Horsemen from different districts of the city compete against each other. The winning district then has the right to throw a party in the losing district without any penalties.
