Tuscania is a town in the province of Viterbo in the Lazio region of Italy . Until the late 19th century, the town was known as Toscanella. According to legend, Tuscania was founded by Aeneas's son Ascanius where he found twelve puppies of dogs (from where the Etruscan name Tus - Cana, cana being similar to the Latin  canis for "dog"). The main attraction of the town is the church of San Pietro, built in the Lombard-Romanesque style, begun in 739 and renovated in the 11th-12th centuries. The interior has a nave and two aisles divided by low columns and pilasters incorporating half columns with antique and medieval capitals. The facade with a rosette window also dates from the 12th century.

In Greek mythology, Mykonos was the scene of battles between Zeus and the Giants, and the island itself was named after Apollo's grandson Mykonos. Today, Mykonos is one of the most popular Greek islands. It is famous for the many well-preserved windmills that can be found all over the island. The church of Panagias Paraportiani is also worth mentioning. There are also a number of good beaches on the island, especially on its southern coast.

However, the island's nightlife is one of the most popular in the Mediterranean. During the day, Mykonos' quaint and quirky streets turn into a conglomeration of tavernas, pubs, bars and clubs that attract many tourists every night during the tourist season. Not only thanks to its romantic nooks and crannies and beautiful architecture, but above all thanks to its wild "party" nature, for which Mykonos is nicknamed "Greek Ibiza", the island has become a popular and highly sought after European resort.

"Bird Island" attracts with its magical panorama of a typical coastal resort with a yacht harbour, turquoise coloured water and the Greek island of Samos on the horizon. It is a renowned Turkish resort where a large number of tourists visit every year to enjoy their holidays. It is also ideal for exploring the western part of Turkey, making it a popular resort for travellers. Most of the tourist attractions in Kusadasi are located in the port area. You can see, among others, some good examples of half-timbered houses from the 19th century. The gateway to the old town also survives. The bazaar district, brimming with Turkish souvenirs, starts right at the dock. In Kusadasi, we recommend an optional MSC excursion to the nearby ancient city of Ephesus.

Definitely the most beautiful destination of the whole cruise. The beautiful white houses and churches in contrast with the blue colour will literally make you take a lot of beautiful photos. The ship is anchored in the open sea in the crater of a volcano. We are transported to the mainland by boats and then follow the donkey trail, which we definitely recommend for all adrenaline lovers, but also for fun (about 9 euros/person). Santorini is truly amazing and you too will admire the narrow streets, the many shops and cafes and above all the amazing views that tempt you to take endless photos.

In the morning we will go on a tour of this amazing city. The capital of Campania will offer us a stroll through the historic centre, a chance to shop for the latest fashions, or for the true travellers a visit to the Spanish Quarter, which was a closed quarter with its own rules under the rule of the Mafia just a few decades ago. You can also visit the headquarters of MSC Cruises or take advantage of optional excursions to Vesuvius or Pompeii.

In the morning after breakfast we disembark from the ship and can look forward to exploring more beautiful places during the day. The tour is not over yet.

Florence is one of the most romantic cities in the world. It attracts millions of visitors every year, especially for its medieval and Renaissance architectural monuments and important art collections. It is said that one-third of all Italy's art treasures are found in Florence's museums, galleries and churches. A must-see!
